Hi - I hope everything is okay. I’ve been reading over your blog after searching for more info on EstroBalance. I have been TTC for about a year now and while in the health store the other day, something made me reach out for EstroBalance and now I am trying to find out more info. Can you tell me how long you took it? Did you just take it until you got a positive prenancy test or for a shorter or longer period?

Jenileigh!!! So good to hear from you! I have tried to comment on your blog several times but for some reason I can’t seem to do it (I’m a bit of a techno-dummy)…anyway, so glad to hear from you. I still check on you, too.

    Hi Sheri,

I’m so glad you found my site. You’re the reason I keep it going…knowing that someone might need to know about Estrobalance and pregnancy because I know it’s difficult info to find but I have 2 beautiful children because of it.

The first time I used it I took it all month…beginning on day 1 of my cycle and did not stop it until I had a positive HPT. I went on progesterone supplements after that until 12 weeks pregnant because I began to spot a little after I stopped it (don’t know if that was related or not). With my daughter, I took it only for the first half of my cycle and stopped at ovulation time. I had no progesterone with her and a healthy pregnancy. The third time I took it I only took it for the first half as well and only sporadically at that since it was causing stomach upset. I still conceived but lost the baby at 8 weeks. I would say that it is probably best to do it up until ovulation but stay consistent and eat well and take some acidopholus. I hope this helps! I’m happy to answer any other questions that might come up!

thanks so much for getting back to me. I just ovulated either yesterday or the day before and I thought I better find out the answer to this question because I did take another dose tonight and didn’t want to be doing the wrong thing. I just can’t find much info for women TTC and using Estrobalance. did you take over the counter progesterone or perscription?
